We've made it easier than ever before to find the
information you're looking for. Whether it is AFN TV Schedules, AFN 360,
exchange rates, gas prices or other information, navigation is simple and works
well with a mouse or touch screen surface.
Powered by AFPIMS
AFN
Europe now runs
on the American Forces Public Information Management System, a.k.a. AFPIMS. By
using this platform, we are able to provide faster access to news and
information than ever before. As the preferred platform for Department of
Defense web sites, AFPIMS allows us to leverage more features and integration
with other DoD entities.
DVIDS Integration
By utilizing the
power of the Defense Visual Information Distribution System, or DVIDS, AFN
Europe can deliver the highest quality imagery and video to you. And since DVIDS
is integrated into our product workflow, we can publish products faster to the
web than previously possible.
Future proof
As web technologies
advance, AFN Europe is positioned to march in lock step with the times.
We continue to work on improving our web and mobile user experiences. While this
redesign is significant, expect future improvements.
